I don't know much about D.J.s except that they
make a lot of noise when I'm setting up the
cake....must be a fun job. I think that you
would have to be fun people to be good at

I did it once at the request of a friend but I would
just assume shoot myself in the foot as to ever
cater again. Same amount of pain I'm sure! I
admire anyone who can do this and do it well. I
might make cinnamon rolls for my buddies or
chicken salad for church, but you won't catch me

even if you are great at decorating etc.
They are stress relief for the bride who
doesn't want to be overwhelmed with last
minute details. Remember, your wedding
day is supposed to be the BEST DAY. No
one has ever said they were sorry that
they hired someone to handle the details
for them...especially the MOMS

really love fresh flowers. My art is trying to
recreate their beauty in sugar. Real flowers
don't look so good when they are wilted because
they weren't handled properly...as much as you
are spending on flowers you really need a
pro...There are many more in the phone
book...but ask around too!
Please don't stick flowers in your cake. Fresh
flowers are not something you would want to
eat...so you don't want to put them into something
you would eat. Some are just poisonous, some
are not...do you know which ones are...I do!
They are all dirty and disgusting...Just handle
them for 20 minutes and then wipe your hands on
a damp white cloth if you don't believe me. That's
not finger licking good!
