Ducks will then be airbrushed E-mail me for more information e-mail Supply List Duck Cake Class Day one Camouflage • 2-layer 11x15 cake iced with buttercream icing or dummy of the same size • One large package of wilton fondant • Brown food color paste • Red food color paste • Green food color paste • Ivory food color paste • Pizza wheel cutter • Cake board that is four inches larger than your cake • Small water spray bottle • Two plastic or vinyl mats to roll fondant on and cover fondant with…or plastic wrap • Large rolling pin • Dusting puff • Tylose (optional) • Spaghetti noodles (regular or thick) • Airbrush (optional) Day two Carved Duck • Small serrated knife for carving cake • Large sarah lee frozen pound cake • Half inch foam core board 6x10 inches • Small scissors • Dusting puff • Baseball size amount of gumpaste • One small package of wilton fondant or same amount of other white fondant • Small water spray bottle • Large rolling pin • Butter cream icing • Small angled spatula • One hidden pillar • Xacto knife • Various gumpaste tools (ball tool, dog bone, Dresden etc.) • Airbrush • Small paint brush • Small food skewers or large toothpicks |
